If anyone had a path leading them to stand-up comedy, it’s Robyn. Wearing leg braces like Forrest Gump as a child, illiterate to the age of 16 and with a wacky New York family, Robyn has always been a walking sit-com. We use the word “walking” lightly… more of a wobble. She earned her BFA in acting at the University of Connecticut. After graduating, she realized that with her unique life journey she had some really funny stories to share; so she attempted stand-up comedy. Immediately she knew this is where she belongs.
Robyn’s comedy first gained global recognition when her “2020 Goals List” video went viral (10 million + views) and was played on talk shows such as The View, The Talk, Entertainment Tonight and more. While building fans from all over the world she also earned admiration from celebrities such as Oprah, the Kardashians, and Jennifer Garner. Robyn recently signed on as the new digital correspondent for The Kelly Clarkson Show. She also hosted segments/interviews for Katie Couric Presents and appeared on multiple shows including “The Drew Barrymore Show”, “Sherri Shepherd Show”, “Watch What Happens Live”, “GMA”, and “Access Daily”.
Robyn has performed her stand-up all over the world including three tours overseas for the U.S. troops and all over Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Australia. She is currently touring her one-women comedy show, The Robyn Schall Experience. Her comedy album, “Guilty Pleasure”, debuted at #1 on the iTunes Charts and was featured multiple times on SiriusXM Radio.
Robyn’s proudest accomplishment is using her platform to give back. Currently, thanks to her generous followers, she has raised over $130,000 for Ronald McDonald House, various animal rescues, performers in the park, restaurant workers and teachers.
